25-Day Returns
We accept returns within 25 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and instructions (where applicable).
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
- You must contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
Please do not send your return to the address on the parcel or shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered processing or been dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs or a short video showing the product and its packaging
After reviewing your claim, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement item
- A full refund
- A partial refund where appropriate
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution and, where applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Hygiene or personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Clearance or final sale items
Delivery Delays
We work with trusted international fulfilment partners to bring you quality products at competitive prices.
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, customs clearance, weather, peak seasons, and courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. Delays in transit do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund while the parcel remains in transit.
Lost Packages
If your tracking indicates your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your rights under UK consumer legislation.
